From a fantasy perspective, that means Aiyuk should be treated as a volatile upside pick rather than a safe starter. His 2025 status was still tied to a major knee injury, with reports describing him as on injured reserve and not close to a return, which is a reminder that even if he lands with a new team, there may be a ramp-up period before he looks like himself.

The upside case is still real if he finds the right offense. Dynasty analysts have pointed to a scenario where Aiyuk lands with a strong passing game and enough target volume to bounce back into the top-24 conversation, with suggested fits like the Steelers, Ravens, Bills, or Titans, but that outcome depends heavily on both his health and where he signs.
