Harold Fannin

Harold Fannin enters 2026 as one of the safer tight end targets in fantasy, and the early read is that he can be started as a midrange TE1. He finished his rookie year with 72 catches for 731 yards and six touchdowns, then showed enough weekly involvement to give fantasy managers a strong floor and real ceiling in PPR formats.

The biggest thing to monitor was health, but the latest camp reports are encouraging. Fannin had offseason groin surgery after re-aggravating the injury late last season, yet he was fully cleared and described as full-go at the start of training camp, which is a very good sign for his early-season usage.

From a fantasy lens, the appeal is simple: Cleveland is clearly willing to feature him, and the projection market is still treating him as a top-10 option at the position. Recent preseason outlooks have him in the TE5-TE7 range, with projections that point to another productive year if he stays healthy and continues to see the kind of target share he had as a rookie.

The main downside is team context, since the Browns’ passing game does not project as especially explosive, so Fannin may be more of a volume-driven starter than a weekly spike-play monster. Even so, his combination of youth, role, and recent health progress makes him a strong fantasy asset for 2026, and he should be drafted confidently as one of the better mid-round tight end options.
