As we head into the 2025 fantasy football season, Jalen McMillan is a player who garnered significant attention with his impressive late-season surge in 2024. Drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the 92nd overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, McMillan quickly adapted to the Z receiver position and competed effectively for a starting role. Despite a slow start, he finished the season on a high note, posting the eighth-most fantasy points among wide receivers over his final five games, including seven touchdowns and at least 16.7 PPR points in each outing.

However, the landscape for McMillan has become significantly more challenging heading into the 2025 season. The Buccaneers have added first-round pick Emeka Egbuka to an already crowded wide receiver room that includes veterans Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.
