Jerry Jeudy enters the 2026 fantasy season as a Cleveland Brown, and the big story is still opportunity: he remains one of the clearest candidates to lead the team in targets, but the environment around him is no longer as vacant as it once looked. Cleveland has added younger pass-catching talent, and recent preseason projections range from modest WR5-type production to a low-end flex profile, which tells you the fantasy community sees him more as a volume bet than a breakout lock.

The upside case is straightforward. Jeudy has the route-running and separation skills to function as a target-earning WR2/WR3 in PPR formats if the Browns lean on him as their most polished receiver. Some projection models still see a path to roughly 90-103 half-PPR points, while others are more bullish on a ceiling that can pop into usable weekly starter territory if the offense is more efficient than expected.

The concern is efficiency and competition. Jeudy’s 2025 production was underwhelming relative to his target share, and several recent outlooks say his fantasy value is capped unless he starts hot. With Cleveland bringing in additional receiving help and the overall passing game still carrying some uncertainty, he looks more like a volume-driven depth piece than a player to build around in redraft leagues.

Health is worth monitoring, too. Jeudy reported to camp healthy after a spring hamstring issue, but he recently sat out team drills again after tweaking that hamstring, and the team has been cautious rather than alarmed. If he gets through the rest of August cleanly, he stays firmly on the radar as a late-round PPR target; if the hamstring lingers, the safest approach is to treat him as a bench stash rather than a dependable early-season starter.
