Parker Washington

Jacksonville Jaguars

Season Preview

Parker Washington enters the 2026 fantasy football season as one of Jacksonville’s more interesting mid-round receiver bets, thanks to a strong late-2025 finish and a coaching staff that appears bullish on his role. Jaguars OC Grant Udinski said he thinks Washington is capable of “even more” than he showed at the end of last season, and Washington was reportedly one of the standouts in OTAs, which is a good sign that his momentum has carried into the offseason.

The case for Washington is simple: when Jacksonville needed him, he produced. He averaged 4.8 catches, 74.7 yards, and 0.5 touchdowns over his final 10 games last year, and he was Jacksonville’s best wideout by several efficiency metrics over the full season. FantasyPros also noted that he flashed legitimate breakout ability in 2025, thriving as the Jaguars’ primary slot option and delivering strong fantasy production down the stretch, including over 14 PPG from Weeks 9-18.

The concern for 2026 is target competition. FantasyPros pointed out that Washington’s second-half surge came while the Jaguars were dealing with injuries, and that the team now enters 2026 with a healthier and deeper receiver room, which could make his weekly role less stable if he is mostly limited to three-wide sets. Dynasty analysts at Fantasy Life were even more cautious, suggesting he could settle into a low-end WR3 type of profile if his teammates are healthy, while also noting that his value is high enough that managers would at least consider selling in some formats.

For redraft, Washington looks like a strong sleeper and a useful best-ball target rather than a player to count on as a weekly locked-in starter. If Jacksonville keeps giving him meaningful slot work and he maintains the late-2025 chemistry with Trevor Lawrence, he has a realistic path to outperform his draft cost, especially in PPR formats. The upside is real, but the floor depends heavily on whether his late-season role becomes a permanent feature or just a product of temporary opportunity.
