Nacua is still with the Rams, and recent reports say he was on the field at OTAs and appears fully engaged this offseason, so there is no major current injury or team-change concern affecting his outlook. The main risk is quarterback stability, because some analysts have pointed to Matthew Stafford’s health and future as the one factor that could change the ceiling of the passing attack.

Overall, Nacua should be treated as a high-end WR1 and a very reasonable first-round pick in 2026 fantasy drafts.
