Travis Hunter is one of the most intriguing fantasy football names for 2026 because his value depends almost entirely on how Jacksonville balances his offense-defense workload. The Jaguars have continued to describe him as a two-way player, but recent reporting suggests his role may tilt more toward cornerback than wide receiver, which makes his fantasy floor more fragile even though his ceiling remains exciting.

The biggest storyline around Hunter this offseason has been health, not talent. He suffered a season-ending LCL injury in October 2025, had surgery in November, and reports in August 2026 indicate his recovery has gone as expected, with him already getting extensive work in training camp.
