The Giants offer a few intriguing fantasy pieces in 2026, but this is still a roster best viewed through the lens of volume and upside rather than reliability. Malik Nabers remains the clear headliner and should be treated as the team’s top fantasy asset, especially after ESPN reported he has been taking part in most of training camp and looks on track for Week 1 despite a knee issue. If he’s healthy, he has true WR1 upside in any format.

Quarterback is more of a watch list than a lock, with Jaxson Dart and Jameis Winston giving the Giants a mix of youth and volatility. That uncertainty keeps the passing game from feeling especially safe, but it can also create sneaky value if Dart wins the job and leans heavily on his top targets. Darnell Mooney is one of the more interesting offseason additions, and he gives the Giants another legitimate field-stretching option after signing in March. In fantasy terms, Mooney is better viewed as a flexible late-round receiver than a weekly starter, but his role could grow if the offense is pass-friendly.

The tight end room has become more appealing after the reported addition of Isaiah Likely, who Fantasy Life says joined the Giants on a three-year deal in March. That move gives the team a dynamic seam threat and makes the position worth tracking in drafts, especially if the Giants want to simplify life for a young quarterback. Still, the fantasy ceiling here depends on target share, and Nabers will likely remain the primary magnet for usage. Behind him, the rest of the pass-catchers are more matchup-dependent than must-start plays.

On the ground, the backfield looks crowded, which usually makes fantasy managers nervous. Recent roster moves show the Giants signed Najee Harris and have also carried Cam Skattebo, Tyrone Tracy Jr., Devin Singletary and others through camp, while Dante Miller was waived recently. That makes this a situation where camp momentum and preseason usage matter a lot, because one breakout runner could separate from a messy committee. For now, Nabers is the only true set-it-and-forget-it Giant, Mooney is a reasonable upside WR4 type, and the backfield and tight end group are best treated as late-round darts with some breakout potential.
